Include your phone number IF you want to be contacted by phone and specify preferred times and times NOT to call you (if any). For your safety we will simply say “Hi! It’s me” when phone is answered (never revealing your name) and simply feign a mis-dial & hang up if the person who picks up is male or otherwise raises a red-flag.
Please be aware that we are a domestic violence victims advocacy service and as such we can only advocate on your behalf and provide referrals & resources to help you to escape & recover from domestic violence. We are not equipped to help you in an emergency!
In an emergency you must always call Emergency on Triple Zero (000)
The NSW Domestic Violence helpline provides crisis counselling and other referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - call 1800 65 64 63
